| Rocky Mountain Raft Tours has been providing

into pleasant memories. Our guides are trained and experienced for a relaxing and enjoyable river trip. However, an element of risk is inherent in an activity of this kind. Although we make diligent effort to minimize risk, neither the company nor owners nor personnel shall be responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, delays or expenses, whether to person or property due to any cause whatsoever.
